18.6.06 swift meet today.. last competition b4 nats.. im so sick of crying after events... so tired of wishing that i'd do better. damn sick of feeling so bad abt myself. it was cool.. in a way.. i think.. but i felt so friggin sick.. i think i got worst after today.. so bloody hot... shot put was damn wasted.. n discus was so..... not there.. yeh. felt quite lousy.. cos of my physical state... this the first time im throwin in a comp wen im sick.. its DAMN bad.. dun EVER wanna do that again. when i was spinning for discus, i was really praying that my leg placing would be correct cos of the cold, my head's reaction is damn slow. its jus psychod... oh well.. nats... thats my last stop... last chance.. to prove myself.. to myself. my worst enemy: Foo Fang Ting. nobody else.. tonight's matches are kinda cool.. japan vs croatia... croatia should take it man.. then midnight brazil vs aussie.. ronaldo better show sumth gd man... then 3 am got korea vs france match.. france a bit lampah already lah.. dunno if i should watch.. better rest for tmr's trng actually.. hahah BOOYA!
