yo man... had like nat jrs today... shot put.. sia lah.. it wasn that bad.. but it wasn too hot either.. bleah. i did ok oly.. n i got 4th... n thats cos i coupla pple din throw.. if they did, i woulda sunk lower... BLEAH.. so i guess its like that then... i threw an 8.44m today... shy off the 8.5m mark i made for myself.. but hey, its better than nothing...

gotta make sure im ready for priscilla n chloe for nats man.. COME ON!!! wth! gotta throw further man.. gotta train n all... but for now, its oly nat jrs... i gotta train hard concurrently for hockey... first match against vjc.. no joke man.. but i'll be ready... will i be sooo ready man..

gerry came back already.. yay!! damn happy! ahahha... i feel whole man... muahaha... oh yeh... im even way more happier today cos lil gui n bro came down to support me!! wah sia lah! im like how mother friggin happy lah.. i think today musta been one of my best comp days ever! haha! i din even have my usual butterflies in me stomach thing! hahaha. AND THEN... after that, at dinner, lil gui n bro gave me a shot glass as a competing prezzie!!! HAHAHAH!!! WOOHOOO!!!! im like uber happy lah.. sia lah.. nothing can beat it sia! happy happy happy..
