15.2.06 hey man... been like tons busy.. with track n hockey trng n with hmwk n all.. damn damn tiring for me.. oh yeh... happy vday... its abit late.. but yeh.. haha.. things have been goin pretty well for me. track's been gd... hockey's been fun.. but im seriously damn tired. this time i have supplements so its quite good. waiting to see results. the recovery drink is really good man. hmm. i threw a new pb of 31.68m man.. for discus!! damn happy!! haah. oh man... n my shot put is gettin better too.. oh gosh. maybe i'll give them top 3 some run for their money? cool stuff.. anyway.. i really should get goin.. i can barely keep awake... im like writing this n dozing off.. haha. i'll be seein ya'll arnd.. watch yer arses mates...
