yo man.. havent updated in a long while.. been pretty much busy.. done nothing but train train train n train.. n yeh of course work work work at night.. so thats like all my days... 2 sports ccas are no laughin matter.. im shagged out man. it din really help that i've had competitions for the past 2 weekends? so like havent really had the time to take the weekend to rest my body...

had track trng today.. gym man!!! damn cool! aw man.. im like how mothergascar happy.. im easily liftin 60kg.. i did my first attempt at 65kg today tho.. din manage to clear it.. DAMN CLOSE.. friggin pissed, but happy nonetheless. managed to lift the 60 on my first attempt.. damn damn happy...

so friggin tired man.. yesterday's pitch trng really almost killed me... i gave it my all for trng yesterday.. n then wen it ended, dawn was like ok! physical! n i was like OMG!!! im already like so dead!!! we did like timed laps... she was 'nice'.. 3 rounds.. 1st one to be done in 2mins. 2nd in 1:55. 3rd in 1:50... i made the 1st in like 1:53-ish? not bad.. but before i could catch my breath, they started on the 2nd round.. n i was like what!!!!!!! had to run lah.. but jus couldn breathe after the 250m mark so i slowed down to a jog.. completed it in 2:42... man.. ask me to sprint n i 'll gladly sprint!! NOT RUN LONG D!!!! hahaha..
