hey mates... hows it all goin.. track n field nats jus started.. last thurs act... friday was like gals jav.. not bad lahz.. 3rd,5th n 7th placing i think. but i think dice, mighty mouse n swei was disappointed in their throws? i dunno... yeh... a nice start tho. yeh. its gd stuff.

trained yest.. as in sat.. quite gd outcome.. act.. damn gd outcome. i had the feeling in the shot put, distance wasn dat bad. couldn measure cos jiao lian din want me ta throw wif 100% effort anyways. so yeh. den i changed over ta discus.. made a couple of average throws.. den i started to conc.. den on my last throw, i made a damn nice throw.. but i din like bother to look at where it landed.. i was more concerned of gettin out of the circle legally.. den jiao lian was like WAH!! hen hao ah!! kuai dian qu liang ah! so i sprinted to the gym n back out again.. n wen i saw where jiao lian was standing, i was almost jumping lahz.. he stood behind the white line.. n that.. is like auto 31m plus..haha. measured... 31.42m.. wah seh.. damn happy siaz... dice told me not to throw so i stopped.. plus i was really tired as well. oh.. i made this one really horrible throw? and i started cursing out at the open field like some retard.. i was like AARRGGHHH!!! AIYA! WHAT'S WRONG WIF U LAHZ!! LEY MO GAO CHOR HAR?!!! LIM PEH GANEH GONG AH! WAH LAO WAH PIANG WAH KAO!!! den dice was like er... fang? calm down.. hahahha!! i was sooo afraid i'd scare the shit out of the touch ruggers nearby. haha!

hmm... im really nervous for my events.. which is like on tues n wed... tues discus wed shot.. sigh. its jus madness. im jus worried for a deja vu of last yr? yeh. i should really stop thinkin of too much stuff.. jus go out there n throw my best... nobody's gonna be worried then bout wad happend last yr, or is goin ta happen next yr... everythin will happen as present.. yeh. i have trained so hard, n God's brought me this far... whatever comes will come.. n ultimately, it'll be God's hand and not my hand achieving whatever i get on comp day.

IVY CANT CATCH ME FOR NUTS!!! hahahah!!!! i went for trng on sat.. n the touch ruggers were there rite? hha. yeh.. chare n ivy was like the first few pple tehre lah.. talk abt bein ons.. they were an hr early?! wad d hell? haha. ok.. so i started tossin the ball arnd wif ivy.. haha. den i cant rmb.. but i jacked ivy n she started chasin me arnd the sports complex.. haha.. n she couldn catch me! haha! she finally tagged me cos i got cornered at the vending machines. haha. den i jacked her again.. n we went running arnd again.. in the end, she hadta get maeyen ta tag me.. haha.... louser!!! damn funny lah ivy.. damn mother hilarious. aiight.. so anyways mate.. will be headed off... try ta slp.. tho i noe i cant slp.. yeh. really nervous for tues. but yeh. wotcher mates.!
