waddup ya'll.... bah... its been a tad borin arnd here... nothin much's been happenin.. oh wait.. stuff's been happenin.. haha. pops bdae was on sunday... n me, jt, mom and gerry went ta celebrate it wif her on sat.. it was cool.. dinner.. movie... we watched XXX2: the next level... OHHH MYYY GOSH!!! wah lao! i tell u man.. this is like the first movie where i din gush over the gals in it... the cars was waaayyyy hotter than the gals... oh man... cars after cars after cars.. i tell u.. that show is better than 2 fast 2 furious... the gals dere diverted the attention from the more impt thing in the show... cars.. but this time.. those babies were hot man!!! sleek body.. lean mean hard driving machine.. low suspensions.. at high speeds, n they're still purring... good gosh.. jus like a gal.. hahah.. ok.. bad eg... but wowee.. they was awesome!

ok mates.. serious stuff... i have bout slightly over 2 mths... to really get myself in shape for nats... its in july.. so i guess this is a last sprint.. but damn.. ir eally gotta take care cos i've been gettin quite an injury spell.. it sucks.. bleahz.. i really wanna be placed in top 8 position.. act, im aiming for top 5... but i really really really gotta do sumth bout it.. dere's gotta be a more effecient way... sigh. really gotta exploit all avenues i guess. but its alrite.. dun give up.. keep pickin the shot n discus.. that's the oly thing i can really say to myself right now..
