hey man... today.. plain rocked... hahahha. i finally threw after like 10000 yrs.. we dun gotta fight wif the ruggers or anything... haha!! OH YEH!!!! its like major shit cool.. ok.. so i threw the shot n discus.. wah lao..i tell u.. it was refreshing.. hahah. separated from my babies for like damn long already.

trng was jus GREAT MAN!!! did shot first.. oh man.. there was one throw that i made, it hit the 2nd cone lah.. den its like cos norm, we always set cones at 7, 8,9m... so wen the shot landed, it hit the 2nd cone, i was like.. wow.. 8m.. quite cool... then all of a sudden, shuwei said.. EH FANG!!! dats a 9m!!!! wen i heard dat i was like WAH LAO!!!! u mean its 8,9,10m??!!! oh man... den jiao lian helped me measure... 9.08m!!!!! oh man!!!! dats like my PB lah!!!! its like i hit it once in sec 3, never to hit it again.. and now??!!! OH MAN!!!! it jus purely rocked... den i threw the discus as well.. it was fun.. it was tonsa fun. i made a coupla gd throws.. not bad...

BUT!!!! what made this trng soooo different from the rest was dat xians came to train too! hahah.. figured she needed some exercise so she tagged along for trng.. she felt sooo awkward.. so much so dat she wanted to hide in the toilet.. hahaha!!! ok.. so anyway.. i taught her how ta throw the shot n discus lah!!! and oh man! she's damn a friggin fast learner lahz! its like norm, if ur a total beginner, u take like at least 3 sessions.. jus ta learn how to release and spin the discus properly.. she jus took to it.. took like a damn friggin short time ta learn how ta release it properly! oh man! and den i tot her shot too.. oh man!! she's like damn friggin fast!! as in like her moves.. perfect man.. damn high speed man she.. she threw the small one a gd 8m.. oh man.. dats like.. power.. n considerin, this is her first time... WHOOAAA... jiao lian is like one happy guy lahz.. he was amazed at her speed.. haha. damn friggin cool. we're thinkin of puttin her down for next yr.. she could like really really help us.. haha. oh man... oh man!!! we put her in tag events.. shot n discus.. OH MAN!!!!

so yeh... feel damn accomplished after today's trng... wah... really really accomplished man.. im sooo happy.. haha. damn happy bout xian too.. haha. strong... AND fast... put that tgth... WHOA... winning combination.. hahaha. NOT BAD MAN!!! aiight mates.. gotta be hoppin off.. till then!
