hmm.. this week's been cool. tho its been mid week... WOW.. ahhaha. damn proud of gerry n pops for undisclosed reasons.. haha. nothin much's been happenin.. trng's been chopped up cos we havent thrown for like a thousand yrs.. its been non stop gymming. once its the rain, another time, the ruggers are usin it.. piang.. so today's like the first time in a damn long time dat we threw. jiao lian's put me back on the glide... sigh.. its damn maddening.. first he changes me to the spin.. den now, he changes me back to the glide.. its not that im not used to it.. its jus that it keeps changin... abit irritatin.. but oh well.. if dats wad jiao lian thinks best.. hey, he's the coach.. not me. haha. discus is damn friggin cool. kinda got my spin alrite.. all that's left is dat i gotta be more daring n jump out n spin faster.. yep.. damn cool.

i've learned quite alot in the past few days... stuff like throwin techniques, speed n power... academically, i kinda understand buoyant forces.. but nothin compares to this new knowledge lah... DUN MESS WIF THE NETTIES. my god.. dey can kill lah! damn bad for my health... hahah.
