yo man.. had national jrs yesterday... shot put event.. at gombak stadium.. jus madness i tell u.. i walked up to the stadium.. n i was jus taken back manz.. it was like grey.. den the weather was like dark n balmy.. n i was like ho shit.. it looks like some kinda funeral house.. haha.. but the layout is seriously quite cool lah.. gui lin's in the background.. the floor's cobblestones.. damn friggin nice..

so yeh.. threw the shotput.. it sucked... tremendously.. its like we warmed up.. n ALMOST immediately, we cooled down.. it was jus shit maddenning... it rained while we threw... it looked as tho the heavens was weepin for pope john paul II.. a good man.. the pit was wet, it was slippery.. n the coating of the shotput was jus plain horrible.. it was like super smooth n slippery.. so yeh.. throws were shit horrible.. but cant blame it on the elements lah.. at the end of the day, the oly person to blame is the thrower thyself... so yeh.. quite disappointed..but i gotta look fwd.. i still have one more event to come.. dats next sun.. the discus.. hope im on form n the ground's dry.. that is one time wen i really really really need dry ground. pray for me man.. n dat i'll keep from gettin injured..

oh yeh.. another thing.. it was rainin.. and den after the event, i din change my shirt.. cos i tot u noe.. its dri fit.. its alrite. so guess wad i caught??? arrghh.. cold, flu n cough.. its seriously sappin superman of all energy.. like kryptonite.. hahaa.. bleah.. but i still gotta train.. sigh.. one more week to the next event.. shiteness.. i really dunno wad to do..
