hola amigos!!!! como estas!!! ahhaha.. i jus noticed its been like damn long since i used that greeting.. hmm.. i guess the espanyol thing faded awhile ago.. haha.. but i love it man..

i jus fell sick.. yesterday.. yux.. i dun like it wen i fall sick.. my voice is kinda breakin.. got a sore throat.. slight cough but damn alot of phlegm. its jus madness man.. had a headache at trng yesterday.. i think its cos of the heat n cos i dun rest enuf.. i almost died at trng.. yep.. we did weights.. but like the headache jus sapped me of my energy.. i was doin bench presses n halfway, my arms jus maxed out like jello n i let it crash.. thank god i used the machine n not free weights or else i'd be in the hospital rite now.. but even then man.. i culdn even do a full 100% capacity.. damn.. jiao lian found out bout the headache n refused to let me train.. so i jus sat arnd the gym... bleah.. i hurt my pectorals.. BLEAH.

im kinda coughin out a bit of blood rite now... yikes. so its kinda bad.. shuld start to carry some panaballs in my bag.. hahaha!!! (inside joke eh ky?) oh.. if panadols is bad, haha, jiayi's worse.. she brings cough medicine in her bag!!!! hahahahah!! the brown stuff!! hahah. damn bloody funny!!! oh yeh.. lumpy.. wads wif yer blog? haha.. the gal looks jus like u! uh oh.. did i jus discover yer dark secret??? haha.
