28.1.05 had trng... wah.. damn bloody tiring.. haha.. jiao lian got me n candice to throw the 1.5kg discus.. which is boy's division weight lah.. haha.. throw until i almost dislocated my shoulder.. super tired... den wen i picked up the 1kg discus to throw, it jus flew.. haha.. damn happy lah.. great distance.. but im still damn tired.. dats not all.. after throwin the discus, i still had to go throw the shot put. struggled wif my front throws n back throws. den did standing throws.. den the glide.. i almost died.. super tired. trng oly ended bout close to 8... man.. its great to survive the week.. im tonsa tired.. oh yeh. i forgot to write in here dat i wrestled jason.. haha. he's a cool bro.. damn freakin cool. eh! bro! next time we try the 3 amigos ok?! haha. n damn bloody sorry bout dat time manz.. really culda broke yer elbow.. haha. damn shit fun. lets see... today.. we had daniel hor's lecture.. quite cool.. sure got lise in tempewature.. which affects the intermowecuar force.. he's a damn gd lecturer.. dats if u understand wad he talks lah.. but he seriously rox.. everything goes in... aiight.. its shit tiring man.. u guys go get a gd rest ova the weekend.. stay alive n peace out! wotcher!
