MAN.. jus came back from the gym. it was invigorating i say. did free weights. yep yep. tons awake, but yet tired now. haha. my mom went ta speak to a gym instructor lahz.. bout a lose weight program stint. so yeh. while i was doin my dumbbell flys, my mom n uncle ahmad came ova. den he asked me if i was involved in sports.. n i was like yeh. im a shotputter, discus thrower. n he was like NO WAY. i cant touch ur daughter. n i was like touch me? OH, he's talkin bout helpin me lose weight.. haha!! he rox man. he was like damn understandin. he was like cannot! cannot! dis type of size, any smaller, wuld be a mismatch to her sport...

uncle ahmad is damn cool. he's like super philosophical. he used to be a SEA bodybuilder. WOW. haha. he peaked in 16. yes... n he's passin on useful knowledge to me.
n he's super funny. he refers to everythin in life's journey to the road from jurong to changi. 2 pple, very diff paths. yeh. n he refers to treadmill machines n weights machines to mee rebus stalls. all sellin mee rubus. but jus diff stalls oly. HAHA!!!
