14.7.04 had trng today... the last trng im ever gonna have for dis yr. i din really feel it until i was on the bus home after trng. by then, it was too late. tmr is discus event. today's throws were quite bad in the first half of trng but den i saw dis banner.. the lord is my strength. focused on it.. n my throws started gettin better. so yeh. very very cool. i hope i'll perform well tmr. actually, i dun hope. I WILL PERFORM. tmr's gonna be a happy day. i'll get to see HER. haha. YAY!! friday is shot put.. sigh. really sian. im really prayin dat i dun mentally break down cos its 2 events consec day. no rest day in btwn. so yeh. i have come this far for track n field, put in my best, and i'll throw it all back out. regardless of whether i jumped back from an injury. i will give in all my effort. FORCA!!!!! Pple who read dis.. pls pray for me... appreciate it tons. BOOYA!
